What data do we process?
This website contains no contact forms, no user accounts and no analytics or advertising tools. We collect no personal data for marketing purposes through this site.
- Contact by e-mail or phone: when you contact us, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message), solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to start a collaboration. Legal basis: (pre-)contractual measures at your request and our legitimate interest in responding.
- Technical log data: our hosting provider Netlify briefly processes technical data (such as IP address and time of visit) necessary to serve the website securely and correctly. Legal basis: legitimate interest (security and operation of the website).
Cookies and local storage
This website uses no cookies, no tracking cookies, no marketing cookies, no third-party cookies. Exactly one strictly necessary value is kept in your browser's session storage:
tda-consent, remembers that you confirmed the cookie notice, so it does not reappear on every page.
This value stays on your device, is never transmitted anywhere and is deleted automatically when you close your browser. As it concerns strictly necessary functionality, no prior consent is required under the ePrivacy rules; we inform you about it transparently.
Hosting and fonts
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Netlify may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). All fonts are served locally from our own server, no connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external service.
How long do we keep data?
E-mails and contact details are kept as long as necessary to follow up on your enquiry and to comply with legal (including accounting) obligations. After that, they are deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your personal data, and the right to object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, e-mail thomas@tdarchitect.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
